Please read this policy carefully, and ask questions before making any field trip reservations. All questions and concerns about field trips should be directed to our THESIS Field Trip Coordinators:

All THESIS families are welcome to attend any or all field trips.
All field trips will have a designated RSVP date. Most sign-ups will occur via SignUpGenius.
Reservations will be confirmed when your payment is received. Please refer to SignUpGenius for payment details for each trip.
After an RSVP date, payments can be transferred to another THESIS family, but cannot be refunded.
Any reservation monies not used will be considered a donation to the field trip organization or the THESIS "field trip" scholarship fund.
All field trips will begin promptly. Please plan on arriving 10-15 minutes early to sign in.
Please email any last-minute attendance changes or questions to thesisfieldtrips@gmail.com. Each field trip may have a different coordinator so please be aware and keep their specific number handy should you need to contact them the day of a trip.
