Field Trip Info


THESIS Field Trip Policy 2025-26



Please read this policy carefully, and ask questions before making any field trip reservations. All questions and concerns about field trips should be directed to our THESIS Field Trip Coordinators:

  • All THESIS families are welcome to attend any or all field trips. Some field trips may have targeted age groups, so please read details closely. 



  • All field trips will have a designated RSVP date. Most sign-ups will occur via SignUpGenius. If you are not receiving emails from SignUpGenius, please let the field trip coordinators know. You will also find field trip sign-up links in the weekly THESIS update emails. 



  • Reservations will be confirmed when your payment is received. Please refer to SignUpGenius for payment details for each trip.

  • Field trip payments must be CASH. Please do not use checks or PayPal unless this is stated in the event details. 



  • After an RSVP deadline, payments can be transferred to another THESIS family, but cannot be refunded. Most trips are paid in advance, thus not allowing us to get a refund. 



  • All field trips will begin promptly. Please plan on arriving 10-15 minutes early to sign in, unless stated otherwise in event details.



  • You should text the coordinators with any last-minute attendance changes or questions. Each field trip may have a different coordinator so please be aware and keep their specific number handy should you need to contact them the day of a trip. Find their phone contact info in the THESIS directory. Emails should only be sent to thesisfieldtrips@gmail.com if an immediate response is not needed. Do not use coordinator personal emails for field trip communications.
