Notice to CHEWV testing families

Dear CHEWV Testing Families:

Good news! We have completed the county reports and they are on their way to you! Be looking for a white business-size envelope in your mailbox this week. If you are using the test scores to satisfy the assessment requirement, this is the form you should use. 

 

If for some reason you have not received the email link to your child's scores, be sure to contact us at
 testing [at]chewv[dot]org. *

 Remember that assessments are to be made available to your county superintendent by June 30th. Please protect our homeschooling liberties by obeying the law. If not obeying the code for the homeschool exemption, you could be found truant. If you send the results by certified mail with return receipt, you will have a record of doing your part to get the results into the county official's hands. For your convenience, you may want to consider sending in your letter of intent for next year with your test results.
